Former FC Barcelona youngster and now RB Leipzig midfielder Ilaix Moriba has been named in Guinea national team final squad for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon next month.
Moriba has previously presented Spain at the U17 and U18 levels.
The 18year-old midfielder started his footballing career in 2008 with Espanyol and joined the south side of Barcelona in 2010.
Moriba joined the Barcelona first team during the 2020-21 season and made 14 appearances with one goal and later joined German Bundesliga side, RB Leipzig, after the 2020-21 season.
Guinea will open its AFCON journey against Malawi on 10th January 2022.
