Kotoko sold tickets for the match at GHC15, 20 and 50 for the popular stand, centre line, and the VIP sessions respectively. The stadium, a 40,000 and adds capacity, was almost full with massive fan turnout for the crucial encounter.

Kotoko beat Nigeria’s Kano Pillars 2-0 in front of their numerous fans to cruise to the last qualifying phase with a 4-3 goal aggregate to set up a clash with Etoile Sportive du Tunis of Tunisia.

By regulations, the deductions will see 5% of the total amount going to CAF, 10% to the National Sports Authority (NSA), 17.5% for Value Added Tax (VAT) and other deductions before the club will know how much will go into their accounts. Approximately, the Porcupines are expected to make at least GHC35,000 as net from the total sum from the ticket sales.
