Yusif Basigi: Hasaacas Ladies ready for win or exit tie against AS Police

Hasaacas Ladies manager, Yusif Basigi, says his team is in good shape for a much needed win against AS Police de Niamey on Thursday.

According to Basigi, beating AS Police is a must, which is the only guaranteed route of making the semis of the WAFU Zone B Women’s Champions League.

Hasaacas Ladies got off to a disappointing start following a 2-0 loss to Rivers Angels FC.

Hasmal need a win in the second group game in other to progress into the last four of the qualifying round of maiden edition of the competition. 

“I can say that we have put everything behind us and looking forward to our next game. Because that is the only means to proceed to the next stage we have no excuse than to win. So we are going all out to win our next game irrespective of how good or how tough the opposing team is we are much ready to advance to the next stage.” He said in a voice aired on Wuntomi Online on Facebook 

The winner of the Zone will be drawn with winners of the other five CAF Zones and a club from the host country alongside a wildcard entry to battle it out for the ultimate in a two group of four teams format.
