Ghana midfielder Kwasi Sibo was shown a straight red card when Real Oviedo drew goalless with Getafe in La Liga on Sunday.
The box-to-box midfielder was a pillar in midfield until his reckless action on Mauro Arambarri by the 78th minute. He completely cleared the ball but went on to have his right foot stamped on the thigh of Arambarri which led to his early exit.

Sibo had 24 accurate passes out of 32 and 48 touches in the entire game. He made two clearances and three recoveries during his time on the field.
Before his dismissal, Oviedo were already a man down following another rush tackle by Javi Lopez by the 54th minute which led to VAR getting involved.
Oviedo needed a win badly to breathe life back into their relegation battle as they currently sit at the bottom of La Liga table with 29 points from 35 games, nine points below safety.
With three games remaining including an away trip to Madrid to face Real Madrid at Santiago Bernabau, Oviedo look certain to go back to Segunda B after just a season in the top-flight.
