The 30-year-old is the most in-form Ghanaian 🇬🇭 player in Serie A at the moment after three games, as his efforts have helped Empoli to go unbeaten. They have picked five points as a result, and Gyasi has scored two goals in the process; vs Roma and Bologna.

”It was a good game and we are happy with the results,” Gyasi said.

”We needed a good result before going into the international break and we will use the period to assess ourselves and also improve on where we were falling short,” he added.

Gyasi will have a week off to rest as he was not named in Ghana’s squad for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Angola and Niger next week.

After the international break, Empoli will host Juventus at the Stadio Carlo Castellani on September 14 and he is expected to continue his fine form.
