Ghanaian side, Dreams FC will battle Milo FC de Kankan of Guinea in the first preliminary round of the 2023/24 CAF Confederation Cup.
The first time Champions of the Ghana FA Cup were paired against the Guinean side following Tuesday’s draw in Cairo, Egypt.
The Dawu-based club will travel to Guinea for the first leg scheduled for August 18-20, 2023 before the reverse fixture in Accra from August 25-27, 2023.
The winner of the tie will face either AS Dounes or Kallon FC in the final stages of the preliminary round slated for September 15-17, 2023 and September 29-October 1, 2023.
Meanwhile, Ghanaian representative in the CAF Champions League, Medeama SC will face Remo Stars from Nigeria in the preliminary round.
The Ghanaian champions will host the first leg in Ghana on August 18-20, 2023 before traveling to Nigeria for the second leg fixture on August 25-27, 2023 with the winner expected to face Guinean powerhouse AC Horoya in the final stage of the preliminary round.
