Hearts of Oak coach, Samuel Boadu draw strength from the club’s motto ‘Never say Die’ as he assures the fans of advancing to the group stages of the CAF Champions League by edging out Wydad Athletic Club (WAC) in Morocco.

Isaac Mensah scored a brilliant goal to earn Hearts 1-0 win over WAC in first leg of the second preliminary round tie at the Accra Sports Stadium.

The Phobians will travel to Casablanca for the second leg leading on aggregate but some supporters believes the team’s chances of progress is minimal after failing to score more at home.

However, the gaffer speaking after the win enticed the Phobia fan base to be hopeful of positive outcome in Morocco next Sunday.

“We have learnt a lot from this game [against WAC]. We’ll surely manage our style of play in the return leg tie for a good outcome in Morocco,”

“The fans shouldn’t give up and that’s our motto ‘Never Say Die’. We are traveling to Morocco to qualify to the next stage of the competition.”

Stade Mohammed V Stadium in Casablanca will host the return encounter on October 24.
